These support services are usually provided as part of an integrated ongoing Totalcare contract which is subject to renewal and fee payment on an annual basis.
Workstation Health Checks
The standard Server Health Check can be extended to cover checks for workstations for an additional fee based on frequency, configuration, number and location of the desktops.
Site Health Checks
Where required the scope of our quarterly on site Server Health Checks can be enlarged to encompass a general overview of the integrity of the site's wholesale IT provisions. Server Health Checks
As the key element of any network it is essential to ensure the integrity of the servers. To achieve this, our engineers will undertake a diagnosis of the systems health on a monthly basis. Thanks to modern connectivity, these inspections are normally performed remotely, but every quarter we still prefer to do it the old fashioned way with a site visit. Such visits allow engineers the opportunity to discuss with the client any niggling minor problems which may have been reported to our helpdesk. To meet the specific needs of each server the tasks performed under a server health check are customisable but typically include the activities highlighted in the facing table. Many customers often look to enhance their primary server Health Checks programme with managed security services drawn from our Securecare programme.
